We quote the job, not the clock

Before anyone touches a wrench, we look at the problem and give you one number: what the job costs, start to finish. If it takes longer than expected — a stuck fitting, a harder-to-reach pipe, whatever — that's our problem to solve, not an extra line on your bill.

No commission, no upsell

Flat-rate pricing only works if it's honest. We don't get paid more for finding "extra" problems, so we don't go looking for them. If a fixture doesn't need replacing, we'll tell you it doesn't.
